QC DETECTIVES - ISSUE #1: ILLICIT TRANSACTIONS
STORY/CHARACTER INFO:
Here is the cover for the first issue of a comic that I just started working on.
Dorian Stacy and Verna Phillips are the main characters in this title. They operate out of the QC (Queens City), Charlotte, North Carolina. Both are former FBI agents of eleven years. Dorian was an OPERATIONS INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST with the United States Air Force for four years before he joined the FBI. Verna on the other hand was a POLICE OFFICER with the CMPD (Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department) for three years before heading to the FBI academy.
Having been partners at the bureau for a decade the two decide to step away from that life and become private investigators. Two years after departing the FBI, Dorian and Verna have finally been able to open up their agency's doors (CROWN DETECTIVE AGENCY) and are ready for their first case. Are they ready for what the seedy underbelly of the Carolina's has in store for them? Be sure to keep an eye out for issue number one of QC Detectives in.... "ILLICIT TRANSACTIONS".
